Bush and Cheney instituted policies that prevented further attacks on the United States. 100 days into the Obama administration and the Taliban is on the cusp of acquiring nuclear weapons. Maybe the Taliban and Al Qaeda don't value the constant apologies for America as much as our Commander-in-Chief.
